Problem

Regenerative farms and food businesses across the Northeast are caught in a capital gap: too early for banks and investors, yet beyond what grant funding alone can grow. Without capacity-building support, promising businesses stall before they can scale.

Solution

We pair grants with 12 to 18 months of hands-on technical assistance, building the financial systems, operations, and track record that make businesses investment-ready — a pathway from philanthropy to the growth capital our affiliate, Fullerfield Capital, and others can provide.
