Our programs fund the land, the infrastructure, and the people behind the Northeast's regenerative food economy. We provide grants, technical assistance, and education that create pathways from philanthropy to investment capital — working alongside farms, processors, and food brands to make them investment-ready.

Pillar I: Land & Stewardship

Viable farms, kept in the right hands. We fund land access and long-horizon tenure, the multi-year cost of rebuilding soil, and beginning-farmer pathways.

Pillar II: Regional Infrastructure

The missing middle. We fund the meat lockers, flour mills, creameries, and co-pack kitchens that turn what's grown here into what gets eaten here.

Food is Medicine

We connect healthcare and local agriculture, using nutritious food for prevention and healing while strengthening the farms that grow it.

Capacity Building

Grant funding alone doesn't make a business investment-ready. We work alongside regenerative farms, processors, and brands for 12–18 months to develop the capacity that unlocks growth capital.
